At Nature’s Feast, we begin preparing your order soon after it is placed to ensure the fruits reach you fresh and in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or dispatched.

Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
