8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within the allowed time window (as per our Cancellation Policy)

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of products

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • All products are non-returnable due to their perishable nature

  • In case of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, customers must notify us within 4 hours

  • Resolution may include replacement or refund, at our discretion
